When you interact with any application within the Ignite Group ecosystem, we may collect:

  Account & Financial Data: Information provided during registration or transaction across any of our gateways.
• >>
  Telemetry & Usage: Hardware IDs (HWID), IP addresses, routing data and execution logs strictly utilized for license verification, proxy routing and security enforcement across our network.

Ecosystem-Wide Data Utilization

Your information is stored in a centralized, encrypted Ignite Group database. It is used strictly to process transactions, authenticate software (e.g., via Senteinl), maintain proxy node integrity, ensure cross-platform security and enforce our universal Terms of Service.

Disclosure & Protection

Ignite Group operates on a strict zero-sale data policy. We do not sell your personal telemetry or account data. Information is only shared with verified payment processors required to facilitate your transactions across our platforms or when explicitly mandated by legal authorities.

Universal License Grant

Purchasing access to any Ignite Group product (e.g., Senteinl licenses, Node Proxies bandwidth, Aero Browser access) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize that specific service for its intended duration. You hold no ownership over the underlying code, infrastructure or intellectual property.

Cross-Platform Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

  Prohibited Engineering: You must not reverse engineer, decompile, packet-sniff, resell or maliciously attempt to bypass the authentication of any Ignite Group product.
• >>
  User Liability: All software and network utilities are provided "as is". Ignite Group assumes ZERO liability for how you deploy our tools. Any resulting damages, account suspensions or legal repercussions incurred by your deployment of our software or proxies are entirely your responsibility.

Ecosystem-Wide Enforcement

Ignite Group employs a unified security network. A violation of the Acceptable Use Policy on one product (e.g., attempting to crack Senteinl or abusing Node Proxies) will result in an immediate, non-refundable, permanent ban across the Ignite Group ecosystem. Your HWID, IP and associated accounts will be globally blacklisted.

Subscription Cancellation

We believe in giving you full control over your billing:

  You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time directly through your user dashboard or by contacting support.
• >>
  Cancellations prevent all future charges. Your service will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be approved and processed under the following verifiable circumstances:

• >>
  Technical Failure: If a product is proven completely non-functional on a supported system and our engineering team cannot resolve the issue within 72 hours of your ticket.
• >>
  Duplicate Billing: Accidental duplicate transactions processed by our payment gateway.
• >>
  Unused Assets: If you request a refund within 3 days of purchase AND the license key, API token or proxy bandwidth remains 100% unused and unactivated in our database.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

To protect our infrastructure and intellectual property, refunds cannot be issued for:

  Any license key or token that has already been registered, injected or activated.
• >>
  Partial subscription months or unused proxy bandwidth upon early cancellation.
• >>
  Account bans, restrictions or actions placed on you by third-party platforms while utilizing our utilities.

Processing Time & Dispute Resolution

We urge you to contact support@igrp.app to resolve any issues before initiating a bank dispute or chargeback.

Once a refund request is reviewed and approved by our billing team, the funds will be credited back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
