1. Scope of Terms and Third-Party Services
These Terms cover your use of the main Ignite Group website and our proprietary products (software licenses, utilities). Any independent third-party websites linked from our site are governed by their own separate terms. We are not responsible for the services or terms of any third party.
2. License Grant and Restrictions
- License: Purchase of our software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the specified duration.
- Prohibited Actions: You must not reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute our software. Any violation will lead to immediate license termination.
- Termination: We reserve the right to immediately terminate your license and access for any breach of these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing or misuse.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all digital goods and services purchased directly from Ignite Group via payment gateways and is critical for chargeback compliance.
Due to the nature of digital goods, which cannot be returned, all sales are generally final. Refunds are limited strictly to the conditions outlined below.
1. Refund Eligibility (Digital Goods)
- Technical Failure: A full refund may be considered only if the software is proven to be completely non-functional on your system, and our technical support team is unable to provide a fix within 48 hours of initial contact. You must report the issue within 10 days of purchase.
- Non-Refundable Reasons: Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, incorrect product purchase, or a subsequent account ban or suspension from any third-party service (as you assume all risk), or failure to meet system requirements.
- License Activation: Once a license key has been activated, we are unable to process a refund.
- Chargebacks/Disputes: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team will lead to the immediate and permanent termination of all your associated licenses and services.
2. Subscription Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation: Recurring subscriptions can be canceled at any time via your service dashboard or by notifying our support team before the renewal date.
- Partial Refunds: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months or unused time.
3. Refund Request Procedure
To initiate a request:
- Email support@igrp.app with your Order ID, product name, and detailed technical issue description.
- You must provide all requested logs, screenshots, and system information needed for troubleshooting.
4. Compliance
All approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. This strict policy is maintained to comply with payment gateway regulations and protect our digital assets.
